From 1 September 2026, the enhanced CEE subsidy (French energy savings certificates) is reserved for heat pumps approved by ADEME, the French energy agency. Your CRM handles it all automatically, from catalogue to invoice: built-in official list, one-click import, compliant documents and delisting alerts.

From 1 September 2026, a heat pump must appear on ADEME’s list of approved models to qualify for the enhanced CEE subsidy. For your quotes, it is no longer optional — it is a requirement. This module builds that requirement straight into your CRM.

2. One-click import to your catalogue
Interested in a model? A single click adds it to your product catalogue: brand, model, reference, approval number and estimated output are already filled in. All that’s left is to choose the operation type and your price. A duplicate check prevents importing the same model twice.
3. Compliant quotes and invoices
As soon as an approved product is used, the “Approved heat pump” label and its approval number appear automatically on your quotes and invoices. And not only on new files: your existing files that use an approved product benefit too.
4. Monitoring and automatic alerts
The list syncs every week, with a manual sync on demand for administrators. If a model is removed from the official list, it switches to “Delisted” status and an alert warns you immediately if it is still in your catalogue. You’re protected against any compliance error.
